ERGA Construction works in two very different environments — the dense urban fabric of Athens and the demanding coastal landscape of Mani — with the same method: careful planning, controlled execution and clear communication.
We are a construction and engineering company based in Nea Ionia / Nea Iraklio, Attica, working on private residences, villas, apartment buildings and renovations.
Our work covers the entire cycle of a project: technical checks, design coordination, permits, construction and handover. We prefer to take on that whole cycle, because that is where quality is actually decided.
Every project begins with a survey and an honest assessment of what is feasible, what it costs and how long it takes. We would rather have a difficult conversation at the start than a dispute in the middle of the build.
During construction, each stage is planned, executed and checked before the next begins. Owners receive written progress updates with photos, and approvals are requested ahead of the stage they affect, not after.
A significant part of our work is for owners who live outside Greece. For them, we act as the local presence: procurement, trades, authorities and site supervision, reported in English.
