- Where in Greece do you build?
- We work throughout Athens and Attica, and in Mani and the wider Peloponnese, where we focus on private residences, holiday homes and villas.
- Can you handle a project for an owner living abroad?
- Yes. Many of our clients are based outside Greece. We provide regular photo reporting, digital approvals for material selections, local procurement and English-speaking project management.
- Do you cover design and permits as well as construction?
- We coordinate the architectural, structural and MEP design, obtain the building permit and carry out the construction through to turnkey handover, with a single point of contact throughout.
- How is the budget structured?
- After a site visit and the initial design, we issue an itemised quotation per work package. Payments are tied to completed and verified construction stages.
